The ROCCAT Torch USB Microphone is a studio-grade microphone that is ideal for streaming, recording, and podcasting. It features an RGB AIMO Lighting with an indicator, quick mute, and is boom arm compatible. It is black in color and powered through the USB connection to a PC. The Torch mic can be used for recording instruments or a band, and the ideal mode to choose for such a scenario would be the stereo mode. The Torch mic is compatible with both Windows and Mac. Although the software Neon is only available for Windows, enabling the AIMO illumination feature is not an option on Mac. The Torch mic does pick up keyboard sounds if used on the included standard stand. However, by mounting it on a mic arm (which the manufacturers include an extended USB C to USB C), keyboard sounds can be reduced.
