Lorell Conjure Executive High-Back Mesh Back Black Chair

The Lorell Conjure Executive High-Back Mesh Chair has received mixed feedback from customers, primarily highlighted by issues with durability and functionality. Buyers appreciated the chair's initial assembly process, noting it’s straightforward and quick to set up, which is a positive aspect for those looking for convenience. However, the excitement seems to wane when it comes to the chair's performance and build quality. Many users have reported significant problems with the adjustment mechanisms. In particular, the inability to properly lock the tilt function has frustrated customers—rendering a key feature of the chair ineffective. These complaints are compounded by issues of quality control, with instances of marks on the mesh back indicative of poor handling during manufacturing. The failure to receive timely support or responses from customer service adds insult to injury, leaving users feeling unsupported. Overall, while the Lorell Conjure chair shows promise with its adjustable features and easy assembly, its quality issues and lack of effective customer service leave many customers dissatisfied and deeming it unworthy of its price. **
