The e.l.f. Cream Eyeliner is a great choice for anyone looking for a long-wearing eyeliner that is easy to apply. It comes with a great little angled brush that makes application a breeze and the formula dries quickly. While it is not 100% smudge-proof, it is long-lasting and generally stays in place throughout the day. It is also swim-proof and should not smudge off, even during water activities. The eyeliner, however, tends to dry out quickly and may require a drop of water occasionally. Lastly, the eyeliner requires a lot of makeup remover to take off, but it is worth the extra effort.
