Unlike previous Mophie battery cases, the Juice Pack Access does not fully recharge the iPhone to 100%. It only provides around 80% of the phone's battery capacity, which leaves some users disappointed. Wireless charging with the Mophie Juice Pack Access takes a Considerable amount of time, and some users have reported only reaching around 80% charge for their phone and three LED indicators lit up on the case.
