Одговор: Personally I wouldn't purely in case it were to slip whilst you were using it as it isn't designed for this purpose. -

If using it on a concrete floor would you feel the concrete through it? I'm 12.5 stone.
Одговор: I bought mine to use on a tiled floor and find that although it's quite firm it gives quite good padding for my knees (and I'm rather heavier than 12.5 stone).
