The Three 12GB Data SIM reviews are a mixed bag. While some customers found it to be value for money, others found the signal to be patchy and unreliable. A recurring issue was that the SIM did not come preloaded with data, requiring customers to contact Three customer service to receive what they paid for. The SIM can be activated only in the UK to receive the package. The SIM cannot be used in a mobile MiFi but works with iPads. The data speed and bandwidth were not on par with other options. The SIM works in certain countries only as stated by Three on their website. When renewing the SIM, some customers reported that the 20GB data option was no longer available.
